Binding agreement when using the service from We Love Pucca between, the visiting customer to We Love Pucca (referred to below as customer) and the shopping guide from We Love Pucca (referred to below as company)
Terms
The company will make sure that the customers always get the lowest price possible when they help shop for the customer at that moment.
The company guarantees that it will not take any commission from the different shops.
The company will provide translating and bargain help to the customers to best of its ability.
The company will provide a written guide to the customers after the first paid booking if the customer so wishes.
It is the visiting customer responsibility to make that the customers visa and passports document are in order.
It is the visiting customer responsibility to make sure the customer have valid travel insurance.
It is the visiting customer responsibility to pay for all forms of transports.
The company issues no refunds.
The company cannot be held responsible for any damage to the goods bought by the customers. It is the visiting customer responsibility to check all goods before purchase.
If the customer travels by car provided by the company, the company will have insurance for that car and its passengers.
It is the visiting customer responsibility to make sure they understand the service of the company and read the terms and privacy provided on the website welovepucca.com
The company cannot guarantee the availability of the companies guides unless the customers pays in advance a booking to the company. Regular customers are exempt from this rules, please contact customer service for more information.
These terms can be changed at any given time by the discretion of the company; customers that already paid a booking fee will be notified of the changes.
